Playwright
Christine’s plays include The Goatwoman of Corvis County, Miles Away, and Horse Thief. Her work has been produced by Shakespeare & Company (Lenox, MA), Bloomington Playwrights Project (IN), and The Side Project (Chicago); workshopped with Pacific Resident Theatre in LA; and developed by Utah Shakespeare Festival’s Words Cubed new play program and the Last Frontier Theatre Conference Play Lab. Christine has been a semi-finalist for the O’Neill Playwrights Conference, Ashland New Plays Festival, Women Playwrights Initiative at Ivoryton Playhouse, and the Bridge Initiative’s Playwright of the Year Award, and a finalist for the Jerome Fellowship for Emerging Playwrights and the Dramatists Guild Foundation National Fellowship. She has been the recipient of the Woodward/Newman Drama Award (Miles Away) and winner of the Playwrights First Competition (Horse Thief). Member, Dramatists Guild.
